Double Bubble : Also known as "Snoopy breast" or "Waterfall deformity". Occurs when the breast tissue fall off the breast implant. Usually seen when submuscular implants are incorrectly placed in a patient who has significant droopy breast, in a patient who has gained much weight after submuscular augmentation or after a binelli donut augmentation - maptopexy. It is corrected by performing a proper lift or exchanging the implants to a subglandular position.
